The beach and pool at this resort were fantastic! The beach was clean and the water was clear and inviting. I loved being able to relax on the beach and swim in the pool during my Christmas vacation. The view from the balcony was also stunning, offering a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better by promptly addressing any issues that arose during my time at the hotel.
There were a few things that I didn't particularly enjoy about this resort. The variety of food choices was limited, which was a bit disappointing.

Staff were all courteous and helpful. Everyone knows his job well. Hotel rates is reasonable and worth what you pay very much. Beach is fascinating.
Swimming pool closes at 10 pm. You cannot do night swim, However, but you can sit and relax at the beach. Hotel parking is very tiny

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the private facilities were impressive, including a world-class sauna and outdoor swimming pool. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were superb, and the food was of the highest quality.
The only minor issue I encountered at this hotel was the air conditioning, which could have used a bit of an update. this did not detract from my overall experience, and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities.

We found a good spot to relax, watching the waves and the ships passing by. the staff was very attentive and served us cold drinks. We loved the spacious room and bathroom, which was cleaned daily. the breakfast had a good variety of tasty international cuisine. the hotel also provided free WiFi and a shuttle bus to nearby shopping malls.
The poor quality of the AC in the room.

It would be ideal if their a direct exit from rooms to the beaches without crossing by the reception

The location is fabulous,, there is a covered outdoor pool which you can use all day without getting problems from the sun. Then in two minutes you are on a nice private beach with access to the sea. Perfect.
Rooms are tired. Could be cleaner. But then it would be so much more expensive - so its good value

The hotel's facilities are amazing, especially the beach and pool. The staff were super polite and friendly, even surprising me with a cake for my birthday. The rooms were big enough for three people and the outdoor amenities were good. The breakfast had a huge variety.
Absolutely nothing.

The first time you enter the hotel you will meet staff with nice smile. All are working as one team. Staff at the front desk is kind, helpful, and courteous. They will meet you with warm hospitality. The Duty manager Mr. Sampath was very cooperative, supportive and decision maker. I met the General Manager, Mr. Abu Tariq who was in lobby to welcome the hotel's visitors. I admired his management style and kindness. The hotel is the place at a quiet side of the city to relax and have fun with your family and /or friends. It is located on the beach. The Beach is fascinating. The hotel has wonderful view, excellent service and a nice break from the city (Dubai). You feel yourself at home its quiet and very nice to stay in. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel has excellent decoration.

Spacious rooms with good facilities, beach facility and service, buffet, cleanliness, bathrooms are provided with almost everything and the speed of answering my calls.
Location far from city, shopping and grocery. Not persistent on time-tables or scheduals. Do not provide newspapers in mornings. The water in the shower is always hot.
